As a Principal Engineer with 10+ years of experience, I've evolved from writing code to architecting enterprise systems and leading the teams that deliver them. I pioneered AI augmented delivery at Floranow, operationalizing GenAI tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, Claude Design) into production engineering workflows. This was not experimentation; it became standard practice adopted across delivery teams.
